Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital guides sold by MIND Equine Performance Systems, a division of 1236493 B.C. Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"), through mindequine.com (the "Site"). By purchasing a guide, you agree to these Terms.

1. What You're Buying

Each guide is a downloadable PDF publication delivered electronically by email following a completed purchase. No physical product is shipped. Guides in the "Any 3" and "All 6" bundles are delivered as follows: Guide One is sent immediately upon purchase; remaining guides in a bundle are made available and delivered to the email address used at checkout as each one is released, in line with the selection process described on the Site at the time of your purchase.

2. License to Use

When you purchase a guide, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use that guide for your own personal or professional reference. You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the guide, in whole or in part, with any third party
• Post, upload, or otherwise make the guide available on any public or private platform, network, or file-sharing service
• Use the content to create a derivative or competing product

This license does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights in the content to you. All content remains the property of MIND Equine Performance Systems.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are processed securely through Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge shown at checkout.

4. All Sales Are Final

Because each guide is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed and a download link has been delivered, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase (for example, a broken download link or an email that never arrived), contact us at info@mindequine.com and we will help resolve it.

5. Educational Content Only

The guides are provided for educational and informational purposes related to horse training, conditioning, and management. They are not a substitute for veterinary care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian or equine health professional for any concern involving a horse's health, injury, or acute condition. You are solely responsible for decisions made regarding the care, training, and conditioning of any horse based on this content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIND Equine Performance Systems and 1236493 B.C. Ltd. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the guides, including but not limited to any outcome involving a horse's health or performance.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or purchase of guides after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
